America–Prepare for God’s Judgment

June 4, 2009

When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice:
but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.
Proverbs 29:2 (KJV)

As I watched the president of the United States address the Muslim world, live from Cairo Egypt, today, June 4, 2009, I listened closely to what he said as well as took note of what he did not say. President Barrack Hussein Obama announced to the world that he and his administration desired the creation of a Palestinian state within Israel, demanded that Israel cease all construction of settlements in “occupied” territory, and stated,

“All of us have a responsibility to work for the day…; when the Holy Land of the three great faiths is the place of peace that God intended it to be; when Jerusalem is a secure and lasting home for Jews and Christians and Muslims…”

His desire for a Palestinian state and for Israel to de-occupy land such as Gaza and the West Bank area only echoes the proclamation of our previous president, George W. Bush. However, Obama’s desire for the city of Jerusalem to become “international” is quite a bit more than Bush’s desire to split Jerusalem again by its retreating back to the 1967 pre-6-Day-War boundaries.  There are many other things he said (and did not say) in his speech that I could give my opinion on, but I feel that the most important issue is his official statements before the world—especially the Muslim world–concerning Israel.

Although President Obama has voiced his opinion and plans concerning Israel in the past, there is something very significant in his public proclamation of these things before the world and to Israel’s enemies. It brought to mind past public “announcements” or “proclamations” made by former leaders of both the U.S. and Israel, and the ramifications of such. I could not help but take note of the “timing” of this speech in relation to prior revelations of the Lord to me concerning His displeasure with our nation. I will share a few of these with you.

It was one year ago, on June 2, 2008 that God had me walking through Jerusalem on Jerusalem Day. With no foreknowledge of the historic event, God had me playing my violin on the very day and in the very place—inside Zion’s Gate–that Israel took back Jerusalem from the Arabs during the 6-Day War. He then led me straight to the Western Wall plaza and had me play there–the first place that the Israeli military went for the first time after taking back Jerusalem. (Be sure to read the entire story under PROPHETIC titled “Jerusalem Day“) In doing this, He confirmed to me what I already knew and what I had for so long wept and prayed concerning–how HE feels about my nation trying to force Israel to give back HIS land—the land that HE supernaturally won back for them in the 6-Day War. I knew that IF God allowed the U.S. to accomplish this split in the nation of Israel, that God would in turn, split our nation into. Because of past dreams and visions of great earthquakes coming to America, I knew it could be a literal splitting of the nation. Because of a dream of a race war within America, I knew it could be a splitting of the people through civil war. I could see how it could be both—that a catastrophic disaster could bring on such unrest in a nation already in the throes of economic and emotional chaos, that it could generate civil war. June 2, 2008 and June 4, 2009 are not the same day, but there is a definite significance of Obama’s timing of his meetings with these enemies of Israel—these enemies of God Himself.

Obama’s first stop was to meet with Saudi Arabia’s King Abdullah on June 3, 2009. His purpose for doing so?

“I thought it was very important to come to the place where Islam began and to seek his majesty’s counsel,” Obama said.

And just what topics did Obama desire counsel on from the most oppressive leader in the middle east—possibly the world? MSNBC reported that he desired the Muslim King’s wisdom on issues such as

“peace between the long-feuding Israelis and Palestinians, Iran’s suspected efforts to build a nuclear bomb, rising Taliban extremism in Pakistan and a destination for some 100 Yemeni detainees now in the U.S. at the Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, prison camp.”

And what else is significant about June 3rd? It was one year ago to the day—June 3, 2008—that Barack Hussein Obama gave his Democratic Nomination Victory Speech while standing before a backdrop of what appeared to be a replica of the coliseum of the god Zeus in ancient Greece. There are many examples in God’s Word where Israel was judged for seeking counsel from the enemies of God and for aligning themselves with, and desiring what the likes of Egypt could afford them.

Allow me to connect some dots:

  • June 2, 2008 Jerusalem Day–God has me, a representative from the U.S. and intercessor for Israel, prophetically playing my instrument in the very places that the reunification of the city of Jerusalem took place 41 years earlier on the 3rd day of the 6-Day War–a war GOD won supernaturally for Israel.
  • June 3, 2008 Barrack Hussein Obama is giving his acceptance speech after being elected by Americans as the Democratic presidential candidate.
  • June 3, 2009 U.S. President Barrack Hussein Obama makes his first stop in Saudi Arabia and is seeking counsel from King Abdullah on international issues regarding Israel, as well as seeking worldwide Muslim acceptance for America, and considers it very significant that his first stop on his quest to secure acceptance from the Muslim world begin at the birthplace of Islam.
  • June 4, 2009 U.S. President Barrack Hussein Obama is addressing the Muslim world, and the world at large in an hour-long speech from Cairo Egypt.

Our new president has from his inauguration, embraced the Muslim countries and their leaders while treating Israel as a problem stepchild instead of a faithful ally. Speaking for the United States, Obama followed his statement that the U.S. will always be Israel’s ally with strong condemnation of Israel’s settlement growth. He did call for the Palestinians to cease their violence, but instead of condemning the bombing of innocent women and children as he did Israel’s construction of buildings, he quite benignly stated that such attitudes and attacks are counterproductive.

“Resistance through violence and killing is wrong and it does not succeed.”

The timing of all of this is no coincidence, and these actions and words by the leader of the United States WILL bring even more of God’s judgment on our nation.

You may feel it unfair that God would judge a nation due to what its leadership says or does. All I can tell you is, “read your Bible” and know that GOD IS GOD. GOD is SOVEREIGN. GOD is JUST. And, GOD HAS NOT CHANGED. When our nation’s “chosen-by-the-people” leader proclaims to the world—especially to Israel’s sworn enemies—as spokesman for our nation such things as:

“The United States does not accept the legitimacy of continued Israeli settlements. (Applause.) This construction violates previous agreements and undermines efforts to achieve peace. It is time for these settlements to stop. (Applause.)

it is US the U.S. as a whole that is daring to poke our finger in God’s eye.

There was another leader who came against the will and Word of God concerning the LAND of Israel.  You might be surprised to find that it was indeed one of Israel’s own, and who forfeited his position and his life for doing so.  Israel’s last elected Prime Minister, (prior to the recent PM election that Benjamin Netanyahu secured) Ariel Sharon, chose to cave in to the pressure of President Bush regarding the settlements.  He too made a public declaration concerning God’s Covenant Land and kept his word regarding disengagement of thousands of Jews from this disputed and labeled “occupied” land.  On December 18, 2003, PM Ariel Sharon stood before his government and unveiled his disengagement plan to comply with the Quartet’s (specifically conceived by President George W. Bush) Road Map.  He publicly proclaimed his plan and declared there was no other way to achieve peace.  His plan not only made his campaign platform and promises become lies, it brought with it a curse upon himself.  For exactly 2 years to the day of this announcement, December 18, 2005, Sharon suffers a mild stroke–a warning sign.  Less than a month later, just hours before he was to be admitted into the hospital for treatment to protect him from a more serious stroke, Ariel Sharon suffers a massive cerebral hemorrhage.  This happened 5 months after the completion of his disengagement of Israel’s settlements.  (5 represents a time of GRACE) He lost everything–his leadership of the nation and basically his life.  It has been 3 years, and Ariel Sharon is still reported to be on life support and in a coma.  And in case you do not realize the connection, Hurricane Katrina was BORN as a tropical depression the day after it was announced that the last Israeli had been disengaged from their home in the settlements.  The same plight that thousands of Israeli’s suffered came upon thousands of Americans in the worst natural disaster in U.S. history. But it didn’t end with Katrina.  Three other catastrophic hurricanes followed one behind the other.  Sharon and the U.S. were not the only ones to suffer great loss due to touching God’s Land, the others involved, England and Russia did so as well.  On July 7, 2005, home-grown Muslim terrorists set off 4 bombs in London’s subways and a bus, killing and maiming scores.  On September 1, 2004, Muslim terrorist took control of 1,000 in a school in Beslan, Russia that resulted in three horrific days of torture and ultimate death for hundreds–mostly young children.

Do I blame former President Bush for bringing God’s judgment upon our nation?  Do I solely blame Obama for bringing what will come of his touching what is God’s upon us?  Though Obama is a man like so many others who “claim” to be a son of God—a devout Christian, his words and his actions in many areas of life and leadership are in direct opposition to Gods Word and will. But, this is much larger than any one man. It is GOD who sets kings up, and it is GOD who brings them down. God’s Word tells us:

Daniel 2:20-21 (KJV)
20 Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever: for wisdom and might are his: 21 And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding:

We as a nation have had the leadership we have had because we DESERVED that leadership. We have had wicked men and women leading our nation because of the wickedness of this nation—and I am not just referring to the wickedness of unbelievers. God’s Word tells us that judgment begins at the house of God.

1 Peter 4:17-18 (KJV)
17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? 18 And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?

We cannot blame the state of our nation and its leaders on the heathen. Sin and rebellion are ruling this nation because sin and rebellion has been rampant in the Church.

I share these thoughts and observations with you to admonish you again to PRAY. Greater judgment is coming. Pray that God in His mercy will not repay us for what we have done and are doing to Israel–give the nation over to her enemies. Pray that in God’s righteous judgment, His mercy will buffer his wrath, and that God will not bring upon us what we deserve. Do as the prophets of old did when God revealed to them the judgment pronounced on Israel because of her sin. Humble yourself before a Holy God. Turn from your own wickedness. Weep and repent for yourself and your nation. Then live it and share what the Lord reveals to you with others.

God had the prophetess Huldah speak the judgment that was to come upon Israel for its sin and idolatry, but also had her tell righteous King Josiah, that because he wept and tore his clothes crying out to God in repentance after having the Law of Moses read to him and seeing the sin of the nation, God was going to withhold this judgment until after he died–that he would not witness this judgment being fulfilled.  Our response to the state of affairs of our nation and of Israel DOES MATTER to God.

Please take time to read “Woe To America” and other prophecies of coming judgment under the PROPHETIC section of this site.
