A Call to the Women of God of This Generation

7 Jan

I heard the Spirit of the Lord say:

Daughters of this generation, arise!
Arise and take your positions in the Kingdom of God.
Arise and make your voices heard, that the principalities of this world will be cast down and placed under your feet.
For the voice of the LORD MOST HIGH is heard through you, His handmaidens.
He has spoken forth from His throne.
Hear Him and speak forth His Word that all who have ears to hear will hear and will also arise and take their position in the Kingdom.

(The cry of the handmaidens of the LORD)

Thy Kingdom Come!
Thy Kingdom Come Oh Lord Most High!
We cry out…THY KINGDOM COME!

The Lord is calling His handmaidens, this generation of HIS women to rise up and cry out;

THY KINGDOM COME OH LORD MOST HIGH!

Now is the time.  Now is the hour.  Take your positions.  Stay in God’s Word and seek the revelation that only comes by His Holy Spirit.  He is your teacher, your guide, your counselor, and your comforter.

Jesus told His disciples:

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.  He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.  All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

John 16:13-15

Let HIS heart become your heart.
Let HIS character become your character.
Let HIS kingdom take priority over your kingdom.

But you may ask, do I have a kingdom? Yes, we all have kingdoms that we are building.  Our private worlds are kingdoms to themselves.  Whether you are single or married, your life is your kingdom, your world.

 Your lifestyle.
Your relationships.
Your offspring.
Your vocation.

Daily, we live maintaining and growing our kingdoms. Women are designed by the Almighty to be nurturers by nature.  We sacrificially nurture all that is part of our kingdom.  That is right and good.  However, there is a kingdom far greater than our own – a kingdom that Jesus revealed – the true Gospel – the Gospel of the Kingdom.

Matthew_4:23  And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.

Matthew_9:35  And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.

Matthew_24:14  And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Mark_1:14-15  Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,  And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

The Son of God wanted mankind to understand the Kingdom of His Father.  When one of Jesus’ disciple asked Him to “teach us to pray,” Jesus’ focus was first and foremost, His Father and His Father’s Kingdom. His blueprint for accessing God was in stark contrast to that of the religious leaders of their day.  He taught them “day by day” dependency upon His Father and His Father’s Kingdom to supply their physical (bread to sustain the body) and spiritual needs (forgiveness, power to overcome evil).   Jesus then expounded on walking in the love of God and being filled with the Holy Spirit.  (Luke 11)

When our hearts are turned to seek HIS Kingdom on earth and not our own, when we find ourselves crying out “THY KINGDOM COME LORD” more than we cry out “Bless MY kingdom,” then, we will witness the fulfillment of Jesus’ prayer:

“Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done,
as in heaven,
so in earth.”

I exhort you to live daily in the power of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God and to join the angels of the LORD as they, with great voices cry out:

…The kingdoms of this world are become
the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ;
and he shall reign for ever and ever.

Revelation 11:15
