01.17.2017 I heard: “Southern Poverty Law”

Right before waking around 6 a.m. this morning I heard the name, “Southern Poverty Law”.  In past experiences when I’ve heard something spoken to me while asleep, I would wake immediately afterward.  But, not so this time.  In fact, I heard this name repeated about four times before waking up.  I could not recall ever hearing this name before.  I immediately got my laptop and Googled the name and there it was.  The first hit was the website for the non-profit organization, “Southern Poverty Law Center”.  I had to read from their site to know what SPLC was.

Over the past 24 hours I’ve sought the LORD as to why I heard the name “Southern Poverty Law” but He has not shown me more.  When it was spoken repeatedly to me I did not have a sense of warning that something bad was going to happen.  I just kept hearing the name.  I do not know if there will be an event that is linked to SPLC.  All I know is what I heard repeatedly and felt I should share it. Another concern of mine is that I heard this multiple times.  In the past, whenever the LORD spoke or showed me something repeatedly, it would have multiple fulfillment such as in the London bombings on 7/7.

You may already be aware of SPLC, but if not, below are a few snippets of information concerning this organization.  You can click on the links to read the full articles, visit the SPLC website (which is loaded with propaganda), or do your own search.

According to their site, they are an advocate for civil rights, however, the more one reads from it, this “hate-group-hunter” organization is itself a liberal, far left-wing “hate-group”. The two groups it appears to hate the most are conservative Christians who are against abortion, homosexuality and same-sex marriage, and, any “patriot” groups who oppose our governments lean toward things such as globalism, agenda 21, and UN actions against our ally, Israel, to name a few.  Basically, if you disagree with what they believe and support, you are an enemy of the state.  Also, throughout the campaign and currently, president-elect, Donald Trump, has been in their cross-hairs as well.

This organizations “hate-group” lists found acceptance by the FBI and was used to indoctrinate our military troops against its own law-abiding citizens simply due to their stand against things anti-Christian and anti-Constitutional.  These non-violent, law-abiding Christians and patriots are demonized as right-wing extremists and even considered a threat to homeland security–putting them on the same level as violent extremist groups and home-grown terrorists.

After reading much about SPLC and its hate-group lists and maps, I remembered these notorious lists making the news and the outcry that ensued.  I did not remember hearing the name, Southern Poverty Law Center, being the perpetrator, but I remember how aghast many of those targeted were when this action was reported to the public. Thankfully, many who were erroneously put on the SPLC hate-group map and lists protested to the Attorney General and Congress, causing the FBI to drop SPLC as a reliable resource.

FBI Dumps Southern Poverty Law Center as Hate Crimes Resource

by AUSTIN RUSE 26 Mar 2014

Excerpt from article:

Christian groups are celebrating with the news that the Federal Bureau of Investigation appears to have scrubbed the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) from its hate crimes webpage, where the controversial group was listed as a resource and referred to as a partner in public outreach.

Where once SPLC’s hate list was reserved for groups like the Aryan Nation and the KKK, in 2010 SPLC started citing as hate groups those Christian groups that oppose same-sex marriage or believe homosexuality is not inborn, or are otherwise critical of homosexuality.

“Anti-Christian Hate Group” SPLC Becoming Increasingly Discredited

Excerpt from article:

With its latest hate-mongering tirades, the Southern Poverty Law Center, widely viewed as an extremist anti-Christian hate group, has descended to comedic new lows, earning ridicule and criticism even from the establishment media that in the past have often parroted its screeds as credible. Even the Obama administration is now stepping back from relying on the group’s discredited and hateful propaganda, which was cited by a deranged SPLC devotee after his 2012 terrorist attack on a pro-family group.

In an ironic twist, the paranoid group also stepped up its fear-mongering campaign against essentially anyone to the right of Obama — the so-called “radical right” — saying the movement was “highly dangerous.” The hysteria and paranoia is especially bizarre considering the fact that deranged would-be mass-murderer Floyd Corkins cited SPLC propaganda when telling federal agents why he decided to perpetrate a terrorist attack against a pro-family group in Washington, D.C. He has since been convicted.

I’m glad the LORD spoke this name to me, for we need to be aware of groups such as this whose purpose in life is to attack those who are truly of the Faith.  May our Savior, Jesus, the Son of God, grant to His followers wisdom and understanding.  May they walk in His power and love as they reach out to a world that is lost and groping in darkness.

UPDATE 8.17.2021

9 years after the attempted mass murder of conservative Christian group, Family Research Council, by a terrorist who used Southern Poverty Law Center’s “hate map” for guidance on who to target, Family Research Council is still on SPLC’s infamous “hate map”.
